Shipping and processing policy

Orders are currently shipped within the United States. Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Carrier transit estimates begin after the shipping label is created and are not guaranteed by Bluegrass Research Lab.
• The standard shipping charge is displayed in the cart and again in Stripe Checkout before payment.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• After a USPS or UPS label is created, tracking is recorded with the order.

Contact Bluegrass promptly with the order reference if an address correction is needed before fulfillment.

Refund and cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins or a shipping label is purchased. Contact support immediately and include the Bluegrass order reference.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be returned or refunded because the integrity and handling conditions of research materials cannot be verified after delivery.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

• Contact Bluegrass within three calendar days of carrier-marked delivery.
• Include the order reference, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.
• After review, Bluegrass may replace the affected item or issue an appropriate refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the problem resulted from a Bluegrass fulfillment error.

Bluegrass Rewards and promotions

Customers earn one Bluegrass Rewards point for each full dollar paid toward catalog products after discounts.

• Shipping, tax, cancelled or refunded orders, and zero-dollar orders do not earn points.
• One hundred points may be exchanged for a one-time code worth $5 off eligible catalog products.
• Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with another promotion code.

Reward balances are matched privately by the normalized email used at checkout. They are shown only after an order reference and email are verified.

If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from that order may be removed. Promotional codes may have product, minimum-purchase, date, or usage restrictions displayed when the code is applied.

Privacy policy

Bluegrass Research Lab collects the contact, shipping, and order information needed to process payments, fulfill orders, communicate with customers, maintain inventory, administer rewards, prevent fraud, and keep business records.

• Back-in-stock alert emails are stored with the selected product and strength solely to send the requested one-time notice.
• Payment-card information is entered on and processed securely by Stripe. Bluegrass Research Lab does not receive full card numbers through this site.
• Order and notification information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the store, such as payment, transactional-email, and shipping-tracking providers.
• Bluegrass does not sell customer personal information.

Saved-cart reminders

Before secure checkout, a visitor may voluntarily request one saved-cart reminder and provide an email address. Bluegrass uses that address only to schedule the requested message four hours later with a private cart-recovery link.

A completed purchase cancels the pending reminder. Requesting a cart reminder does not create a marketing subscription, and each reminder includes a way to stop future cart reminders.

Reviews and promotional email

Verified customers may submit shipping and customer-service feedback after delivery. Feedback remains private unless the customer expressly permits public display and Bluegrass approves it.

Public reviews show only the customer’s first name and last initial. The order reference, email, and other personal information are never displayed.

After delivery, customers may voluntarily subscribe to Bluegrass promotional emails. Subscription records include the email address, first name, source order, consent status, and offer history.

Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link. Opting out does not stop receipts, shipping updates, rewards records, or other transactional messages about an order. Bluegrass does not add customers to promotional email solely because they made a purchase.

Customers may contact support with a privacy question or request concerning their order, notification, subscription, rewards, or review information.

Terms of use

• Visitors must be at least 18 years old.
• Products are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory and scientific research and are not for human or veterinary use.
• Bluegrass Research Lab does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or personal-use instructions.
• Customers are responsible for determining that their purchase, possession, handling, and research activities comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements.

Product availability is confirmed during checkout. Orders are accepted after Stripe confirms payment, subject to the policies shown on this site.

Bluegrass may decline or cancel an order when necessary to protect the business, prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
