SNAP-8 Octapeptide
SNAP-8 is a synthetic octapeptide analog of the N-terminal end of SNAP-25. Studied for its competitive inhibition of the SNARE complex in neuromuscular junction research and neurotransmitter release pathway studies.
SNAP-8 (Acetyl Glutamyl Heptapeptide-3) is a synthetic octapeptide that mimics the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 (synaptosomal-associated protein of 25 kDa), a key component of the SNARE complex responsible for neurotransmitter vesicle fusion at the neuromuscular junction. By competing with SNAP-25 for SNARE complex formation, SNAP-8 is studied as a tool for investigating acetylcholine release inhibition, neuromuscular junction signaling, and the molecular mechanisms of vesicle exocytosis. It is used in cell-free SNARE assembly assays and neuronal cell culture models.
Body Protection Compound-157
BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide composed of 15 amino acids. It is a partial sequence of body protection compound (BPC) that is discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice. Extensively studied in vitro for its role in cellular repair and tissue regeneration pathways.
Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide analog of the naturally occurring thymosin beta-4 protein. Studied for its role in actin regulation, cellular migration, and angiogenesis research applications in laboratory settings.
Non-Hematopoietic EPO Analog
ARA-290 (Cibinetide) is a non-hematopoietic erythropoietin analog that selectively activates the innate repair receptor (IRR). Studied for its tissue-protective and anti-inflammatory properties in cellular and neuroprotection research.
